These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Robinson's Quality Quail website at this domain and your purchase of products from Robinson's Quality Quail, operated by Gabe Robinson ("we," "us," or "our") in Bowdon, Georgia. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the website at our sole discretion.

2. Product Orders & Purchases

All orders for hatching eggs, day-old chicks, flight birds, or other products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

Product descriptions are provided in good faith. We make every effort to accurately represent our products, but do not guarantee specific hatch rates or outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control including your incubation equipment, technique, and local conditions.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payment through our online store's supported payment methods. Payment is due at the time of order unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Bulk delivery pricing is $0.50 per mile from our farm at 1800 Highpoint Road, Bowdon, GA 30108. Delivery pricing is determined at the time of order and is separate from product pricing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship hatching eggs to addresses within the contiguous United States and Canada. Shipping fees are included in the product price for contiguous US orders. Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canadian orders.

All chicks are available for farm pickup only. All flight birds are available for farm pickup; bulk delivery (100+ birds) is available at $0.50/mile.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please see our Return Policy for complete details. In general, we do not accept returns on live animals or perishable goods (eggs, chicks, flight birds) once they have been shipped or picked up. Contact us promptly if you experience quality concerns.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Robinson's Quality Quail, you agree to the following:

• Who can text you: Robinson's Quality Quail (operated by Gabe Robinson, Bowdon, GA)
• Types of messages: Order updates, product availability, seasonal announcements, and promotional offers
• Message frequency: Varies based on activity and season
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message.

• Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchase
• We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes
