After years of raising the finest Northern Bobwhite Quail in Georgia, we're expanding into a new product we're really excited about: Pickled Quail Eggs.
Pickled quail eggs are a beloved Southern tradition — tangy, flavorful, and the perfect snack or appetizer. Our eggs come from the same NPIP-certified, AI-clean flock that produces our renowned hatching eggs, so you know the quality will be exceptional.
We're still finalizing our production setup and getting things just right before we launch. In the meantime, we'd love to hear from you — which flavors would you most like to see?
